+ Humidifier (Aprilaire) $59.00/yr. 1x per year change pad (pad included), test and confirm properly working
+ Air cleaner (Aprilaire/Spaceguard…) $89.00/yr. 1x per year media filter change (includes specialty filter)
+ Purifier - Single bulb UV $79.00/yr. 1x per year change bulb (bulb included) and confirm properly working
+ Purifier - Dual bulb UV $149.00/yr. 1x per year change bulbs (bulbs included) and confirm properly working

  • Check Operating Temperatures (R/A & S/A)
  • Light Cleaning of Condenser and Evaporator Coils
  • Check Safety Controls
  • Test Amps & Volts (all Motors)
  • Inspect Electrical Controls
  • Check Compressor Operation
  • Clean Cabinet
  • Clean Condensate Line, Flush
  • Replace Missing Screws, Fasteners

Heat Pump (Inside Air Handler & Evaporator Coil and Outside Condenser)

  • Check Refrigerant Level Pressures
  • Check Operating Temperatures (R/A & S/A)
  • Light Cleaning of Condenser and Evaporator Coils
  • Test Reversing Valve Operation
  • Test Defrost Control
  • Check Safety Controls
  • Check Electric Elements
  • Clean, Adjust Indoor Blower
